Online Orders:
All orders placed are considered as confirm orders, we can make any changes after order unless it is dispatched
Delivery Terms
Moollis aims to serve the end consumers only , we reserve the right to cancel any bulk orders. Standard Delivery Charge / Offers are designed for end consumers up-to 1 kg. Any order size exceeding the standard weight will be charged as per actual courier charges.
Return / Exchange Policy:
As per our return or exchange policy you, we accept returns or exchanges made within the 15 days of order receiving. You will have to send back the items in its 100% original form at your own shipping; we will not compensate charges paid by you while shipping back to us.
We will require 7-10 business days to settle these claims. In case of swatched , broken or un sealed items there are no return or exchanges possible .
Order Refusals:
Moollis reserve the right to refuse any order due to history of refusing cash on delivery orders in past. In most of cases if someone has refused to twice in past, we will not send new orders.
Shipping Compensation:
There are no shipping refunds or compensations available in any case.
Shipping Damages / Broken Items:
Moollis take the best possible measures in packaging but since some of the items are very delicate so in case if something is damaged by shipping company during the transit, you need to contact us as soon as possible after receiving those items, and we will not return or exchange such items but we will provide you a discount coupon as per the damage happened.
We will require 7-10 business days to settle these claims.
